Since the Cyber Workshop is open to international participants, English will be the working language of the workshop and posters should be in English. If you wish to make a Japanese version additionally, please do so in a separate file.
* If you include Japanese and English in the same file, many non-Japanese applicants will be unable to open your PDF poster. Please avoid doing this.

Acceptable fonts and size
Please use one of the fonts listed below in your poster.
Arial, Courier, Times, Symbol.

* Your poster will be displayed as a PDF file. Please use the standard fonts (listed above) in order to help all the participants open your poster with various language versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Please use easy-to-read fonts that are 10pt or above.

File format and size
Please submit your poster as both an original file and a PDF file, if possible.
* Posters will be displayed on the Cyber Workshops site in a PDF format. However, in case of problems with the PDF files, (e.g. the letters are garbled), the Foundation requests that applicants submit an original file also.

If you cannot convert your poster to a PDF file, we can accept files as MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. If you would like to use other software, please check with the Foundation first.
Please keep the file size under 2MB.
* Please make the best effort to minimize file size, in order to allow all of the participants to download the files during periods of heavy traffic.
