Our goal is to create awards to recognize and assist in the application
of results of "Engineering Intellect/Knowledge" which have been
created by groups and individuals demonstrating great techno-entrepreneurship.
We also hope to stimulate applied research that can be expected to contribute
to the creation and application of Engineering Intellect/Knowledge. The
support we have received from all those involved, who share the same beliefs,
has made possible the establishment of the Takeda Foundation. We would
like to express our sincerest thanks to all who have offered their assistance.
The Takeda Foundation seeks to offer the best possible awards to recognize
the creation and application of Engineering Intellect/Knowledge that demonstrates
true techno-entrepreneurship, and, by doing so, to bestow something of
value to mankind. This is our dream, our hope, and the basis of the Foundation's
philosophy.
