Tohoku Medical Megabank Project and Future Medical Care

 The Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization has been developing a biobank and pursuing a prospective cohort study to combine medical and genome information from the Tohoku area. The Organization believes that they can develop genome-based medical care in the future.

Subaru telescope wide-field camera challenges to solve cosmic mystery

 For a long time it was simply believed that the cosmic spreading rate would decrease as time goes by. However, at the end of the 1990s, it became clear by observation that the cosmic spreading rate is increasing. This finding came as a great shock to society. The newly developed Subaru telescope wide-field camera challenges to solve this cosmic mystery by detecting the distribution of dark matter in the universe.

Why basic income will be necessary in the era of AI

 There is a possibility that many people will lose their jobs when AI replaces humans with automatic machines in the future. There is also a possibility that income disparities will spread and people will become poorer. A bold redistribution system, such as basic income, will be necessary in the era of AI.
