I don't have a message. I have a thanks.
There is something very special in working on same projects
for over a decade, watching it grow and blossom. It's kind of
having a child. It's especially gratifying when that child,
that project, grows up to be something far bigger and far more
capable than you originally envisioned.
But the greatest feeling of all is the acknowledgment and the enjoyment that others find in the projects that you have worked so hard on, and because you have given me that greatest feeling I would like to extend warmest thanks to Dr. Takeda personally and to the whole Takeda Foundation for this incredible honor.
